Handmade Mosaic Tables - Indoor & Outdoor

Mosaic Republic designs and builds handmade mosaic tables for homes, gardens, hospitality and collectors who want a one-off piece, not a catalogue lookalike. Based at our Moorabbin atelier, we make both indoor and outdoor tables as custom commissions, and we also release a small number of finished tables through our store when they are available.

Commission or shop. Prefer a table built around your space, size and design brief? We design and build mosaic tables to your requirements from first conversation through making and, where needed, installation. Prefer a ready piece? Browse the store for original mosaic artworks and any tables currently for sale.

Materials and craft. Our artisans use hand-made Italian glass smalti, Venetian gold-leaf, and natural or recycled materials on artworks. Commission work also draws on marble, stone, glass smalti, porcelain and specialty materials chosen for durability, light and feel. Portfolio examples include an antique-terracotta outdoor table and a Sandringham outdoor table top in marble and glass geometric design.
